哈尔滨工业大学固泰电子有限责任公司是哈尔滨工业大学实施 " 科教兴国 " 战略而形成的高新技术成果转化基地。公司成立于 1996 年 7 月，是一家集科技开发、生产、销售、服务于一体的高科技经济实体。公司座落于哈尔滨市高新技术开发区平房集中区，占地面积 10 万平方米，建筑面积 3 万平方米。 多年来，公司依靠技术创新和科技进步不断发展壮大，成为了一个以研制电子系列产品为主，集光、机、电三位一体，突出“高、精、尖”特色产品结构的高新技术企业。主要产品为：车用无触点喇叭，车用全自动空调控制器，液晶背投影机。汽车电子产品主要为以下汽车厂家做 OEM ：中国一汽、丰田、奥迪、大众、 Mazda 、 FLAT 、奇瑞、沈阳金杯、长城皮卡、杰克塞尔、法雷奥等公司。公司已通过德国 Audi 公司 A 级供应商审核。 公司不仅重视高新技术产品的研发，同时在企业管理上也颇具特色。公司已通过了ISO9001/QS9000/VDA6.1 国际质量体系认证。公司拥有一流的生产设备和先进的试验及检测设备，从元器件的采购、质检到成品的入库，严格把关，确保我们的产品具有令人放心的质量。 几年来公司有多项产品获得国家、省、市科技立项及奖励。

Harbin Institute of Technology GOODTIME Electronics Co, Ltd (HITGT) is the high-tech base as the results that Harbin Institute of Technology implemented the policy of rejuvenating our country through science and education. She was incorporated in July 1996 and has grown into a high-tech entity that integrates research and development, product design, production and after-sales service . HITGT is located  in Haping Road,Centralized Industrial Park, Harbin Development Zone, covering an area of 100,000 square meters with a construction area of 30,000 square meters. Currently , she has 560 employees , 50%  of whom have the academic above technical school . HITGT holds three world advanced SMT lines, including one crest welding machine, seven assembly lines for different products and almost one hundred inspection equipments. She has relied on the technical advantage of HIT and advanced equipment resource, which make her forming a good integrated system on product, study, and  research. HITGT specializes in R&D and producing auto non-contact electronic horns, full automatic air-conditioner controller and liquid crystal projector. We are making long-term OEM for FAW & Volkswagen Company, TOYOTA, Audi AG, MAZDA, FIAT, Chery, JINBEI, Greatwall PICKUP VALEO, etc. HITGT has passed :ISO9001/Q59000/VDA6.1/TS16949 International quality system authentication. The company has advanced equipments for manufacturing, experiment and testing. Our products are guranteed by the strict control of purchasing, checking and finished products stocking. Additonally, many prducts have gained scientific startup funds and prizes at national, provincial and municipal level.
